Cancellation Policy
BOOKING POLICY The Maithai Thai Massage reserves the right to void a booking if a customer makes an appointment but fails to attend without prior notice. The Maithai Thai Massage may also cancel a booking if the appointment is cancelled within 60 minutes of the scheduled time. Confirmed bookings cannot be cancelled once they have been downloaded or confirmed, unless returned directly to Maithai Thai Massage for cancellation. LATE ARRIVAL Customers arriving late for their appointment may have their session time reduced to the remaining time available. REFUND POLICY Unused values will not be refunded or credited towards any transaction. Bookings are non-refundable.
